We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the constantly changing silver spot prices. If you’ve received an incorrect item, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we’ll promptly address the issue. Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot provide replacements. To qualify for a replacement, ensure your item remains unused, in its original condition, and within the original packaging.

Hand-poured items are poured to order and may vary slightly. Because of this no replacements will be given/exchanged because it doesn’t look exactly like the photo on the website.
