If you’ve received an incorrect item, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we’ll promptly address the issue. Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot provide replacements. To qualify for a replacement, ensure your item remains unused, in its original condition, and within the original packaging.
